Although the Latitude 12 Rugged 7202 tablet does not natively support Windows 11 according to the DELL website, it runs without any problems using a Windows 11 USB stick created with Rufus.

An email application such as Thunderbird makes sense.
Video care consultations would theoretically be possible, but in a test I experienced at least occasional interruptions with WhatsApp Video. Zoom is installed.
The 8 GB RAM is a bit tight for today’s standards in 2026.
The Edge browser is apparently quite computationally intensive; for example, there were a few hang-ups when writing blog posts. However, this should not be so relevant for care consultations.
